The PAI research group (Pervasive Artificial Intelligence) belongs to the Department of Informatics of the University of Fribourg and is active in several research fields dealing with design methodologies for distributed systems, namely bio-inspired adaptation and context-aware computing. The group is lead by Prof. Dr. Béat Hirsbrunner and Dr. Michèle Courant. In November 2005, Dr. Vincenzo Pallotta has joined the group as Post-Doctoral fellow.
