In a knowledge- and information-based economy, the management of the resource information is a key issue. The research group does action research in specific topics such as:

• Strategic information management
• Service management and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• Control objectives for information and related Technology (CobiT) framework
• Process design and workflow management systems
• Community building processes and cooperative work environments
• Information management for NPO's and/or NGO's
• Knowledge management

• Portals and community building processes
