Mailing Lists

The University uses a mailing list management service called Sympa to send messages to lists, manage subscriptions, moderate lists and maintain and manage archives. The documentation about Sympa provides detailed information about the system and how to use it. 

Adding/removing subscribers

If you are the owner of a mailing list, you can add or remove subscribers by following some simple steps (please note that this informaiton is currently only available in French).

Creating a new list

To create a new list, you need to fill out a form. The DIUF system administrators can not create lists, they can only manage some details if they are the owners of a list. Please note that lists that are not used for more than a year are automatically deleted. 

Problems with a list

If you encounter problems with a mailing list you should contact the list owner. If you are the list owner, then you should contact listmaster (at)
