Content

Mobile devices, networks and communication. Distributed programming support for mobile and pervasive computing. Context awareness. Coordination theories, models and languages. Economic and social aspects of pervasive computing technology.

Format of the course

  • Survey of UbiComp technology (incl. WELCOME and IM2).
  • A project which will allow the students to implement some features in the context of a typical Pervasive Computing environments.
