New HisDoc 2.0 member: Manuel Bouillon

With the beginning of May 2016 we will welcome a new member of the HisDoc 2.0 team: Manuel Bouillon, who has finished his PhD at the IRISA (Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systèmes Aléatoires) will start as post-doctoral researcher in the HisDoc 2.0 project.
